Mondelez International is looking for: Change Management Analyst (Short term contract 1 year and a half)

The main purpose of the role will be support as change management focal point the Pacheco´s Plant Projects, assuring the alignment with Regional guidelines, supporting the actions and reporting the action plans to leadership.

Principle Accountabilities:
• Provide HR Change Management guideline to the business.
• Support the project team and end user groups to establish tools for effective change management.
• Support the action plan building, being responsible for control and track the actions.
• Build the communication plan about the changes, aligning with Leadership and regional team.
• Provide a communication, education and training strategy that ensure that behavioural and organizational changes required for the project success are delivered.
• Ensure organizational and people issues are identified and considered during the business process design.
• Develop and maintain a communications strategy and supporting plan covering all stakeholders for the duration of the program
• Ensure the professionalism, consistency and continuity of communications
• Assess and, where necessary, manage resolution of language issues in project deliverables (training materials, documentation, newsletters, material descriptions etc)
• Work with Pacheco´s Plant Leadership Team to ensure change aspects and organization redesign implications are correctly understood and accounted for.
• Coordinate training activities with the areas.

Skills required:

University Bachelor degree required in Business administration, Engineering, Psychology, Communications
3 years of experience in Change Management
Experience in at least one project.
Knowledge in Change Management tools.
Desirable Experience in Human Resources
MS Office advanced
Advanced English level
